If you come across a spam or phishing site using Moonito, please contact us with the URL of the offending page or a copy of the spam email message, and we will take appropriate action.

Apart from this, Moonito is also committed to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment. We strictly prohibit the use of our platform for any activity that involves Nudity, Promotes hatred, violence, or illegal/offensive activities, Shares personal and confidential information, or Engages in Copyright infringement. Any account found to violate these guidelines will be immediately closed.

4. Terms and Conditions

● We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice by posting the changes on our website.

● Either party may terminate your account and remove your site from our database at any time for any reason.

● The following types of sites are NOT permitted to participate in Moonito: sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, or any other sites deemed inappropriate by Moonito.

● You have read our copyright notice and terms and conditions, and you agree to comply with them.

● Users acknowledge and agree that their website information (site name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be used by Moonito for purposes including, but not limited to, a directory of sites using our service, general promotional uses, etc.

● You agree to use our services at your own risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that you have made your own determination regarding the usefulness of the service. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

● We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service, any failure to provide service, suspension of service, or termination of service. We do not guarantee the availability of the service. You agree not to hold us responsible for data loss or interruption of service of any kind.

● We retain ownership and all rights to Moonito logos, trademarks, software, trade secrets, databases, reports, and the website.

● If this agreement is terminated by us or by you for any reason, you agree to remove our code, logos, and trademarks from all of your websites and other items.

● YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. OUR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICES.

5. Copyright Notice

You may print and download portions of material from the Moonito website. We retain ownership and all rights to Moonito logos, trademarks, software, trade secrets, databases, reports, and the website.

If this agreement is terminated by us or by you for any reason, you agree to remove our code, logos, and trademarks from all of your websites and other items.

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED. You also grant to Moonito the right to use your name in connection with the submitted materials and other information, as well as in connection with all advertising, marketing, and promotional material related thereto. You agree that you shall have no recourse against Moonito for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to Moonito.

6. Payment, Refund & Package Replacement

6.1. Payment

● Payment must be made according to the subscription package selected. Moonito provides monthly and quarterly subscription package options.

● An invoice for renewal will be created automatically when you purchase a subscription package.

● Moonito reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

6.2. Refund

● By purchasing or using our services, you are deemed to understand that the refund process is not available.

● We cannot guarantee that all the features we provide will always work normally. If at any time there is a problem with the feature, then you are expected to understand that the refund process cannot be carried out in that situation.

6.3. Package Replacement

● Subscription packages cannot be stacked. If you buy a new package, the old package will be replaced with a new package.

● If your usage exceeds the package quota you have, you can purchase a new package by paying the full cost of the subscription package you choose, with the active period starting from the date of your purchase.

● Please note that the active period of your subscription package will start from the date of your purchase.

7. Account Closure

● To delete your account, you may submit an account closure request to Moonito. Once your request is received, Moonito will deactivate your account and delete all your personal information. Therefore, make sure that you have saved all your data and that no data is left behind on the Moonito platform.

● Additionally, if you do not make your payment on time after your account expires, you will not be able to access your Moonito account. Moonito will store your data temporarily, but cannot guarantee permanent data storage if you do not renew your subscription package.

● Moonito will delete inactive accounts at any time to maintain the performance of the Moonito platform. Users are considered inactive if they do not purchase a subscription package for 3 consecutive months or more.

● Moonito can close your account unilaterally if you violate the applicable usage policy without prior notification.

8. Customer Service

● The Moonito platform provides customer service in the form of Live Chat and Email for active members.

● Moonito customer service regarding complaints and other services is carried out during working operational hours, namely from 08.00 (GMT+8) to 16.00 (GMT+8) for Monday to Friday and 08.00 (GMT+8) to 14.00 (GMT+8) for Saturday to Sunday.
