• • Limit: Each subscription or account is assigned a monthly limit, indicating the maximum number of API requests allowed during a billing cycle or calendar month.
• • Reset: The count resets at the beginning of each billing cycle or calendar month. For example, if a user has a limit of 10,000 Monthly API Requests and makes 5,000 requests in the first two weeks, they will have 5,000 remaining for the remainder of the month.
• • Monitoring: You can monitor your API requests usage to stay within the limits allocated in the Member Area.

If you surpass your Monthly API Requests limit, your API access may be affected. Your ability to make API requests will be throttled. To avoid these disruptions, it's crucial to monitor your API usage regularly. If you find that you are approaching or exceeding your limit, consider upgrading your subscription or reaching out to our support team to discuss options for increasing your API quota. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted experience with our API services.

Monthly Recordings refer to the maximum amount of data or records that can be stored in the analytics logs associated with your API within a given month. This limit is imposed to manage storage resources, ensure efficient system performance, and control costs.

How does it work?

• • Limit: Each user or account is assigned a specific limit, indicating the maximum number of recordings or data entries allowed in the analytics logs for a given billing cycle or calendar month.
• • Reset: The count resets at the beginning of each billing cycle or calendar month. For example, if a user has a limit of 50,000 Monthly Recordings and stores 25,000 records in the first half of the month, they will have 25,000 remaining for the rest of the month.
• • Monitoring: You can monitor your Monthly Recordings usage to stay within the allocated limits in the Member Area.

If you exceed your Monthly Recordings limit, the oldest data will be automatically replaced with new data. Let's say your limit is 5,000 recordings per month, and you have 10 new recordings to save. In this case, the system will delete the 10 oldest recordings to make room for the new ones. This ensures you stay within your monthly limit without losing the latest data.
